31 year old Tshinyadzo Muofhe currently fills the role of BEE and Transformation Manager at Gearhouse South Africa’s Johannesburg branch. A proud father to a little boy, Tshinyadzo takes both roles in his stride, and moving to Gearhouse is yet another new chapter for him.

His goal is to guide Gearhouse Group, together with its subsidiaries, into optimising their contribution towards a meaningful transformation of the South African economy and hopes to provide sustainable initiatives aimed at benefiting previously disadvantaged groups. Tshinyadzo’s forward-thinking approach to this initiative, is undoubtedly another step in the right direction to growing the business and its current standing in the market place.

Having studied accounting and after completing his articles at auditing and forensics company, SizweNtsalubaGobodo and prior to switching to B-BBEE and Transformation, Tshinyadzo was a B-BBEE Analyst at a Verification Agency (Empower Logic). He then joined Multichoice as their inhouse Group B-BBEE Analyst.

In contrast to his flair with figures, Tshinyadzo (also known as DJ Brown) has music in his blood and enjoys mixing up some tunes! So, for him to work for a company that is a major player in the entertainment industry was an opportunity he couldn’t pass up.

“I love the power of TEAMWORK, and seeing the synergy and corporation of various departments working together to provide memorable events is just mind blowing” he says. “I am proud to be part of the Gearhouse family!”
